Review and approve the minutes of the December 1^st Board Meeting.

 

Approve the December 1^st audit report.

 

Dean Faude, Jesse Rieck and Rick Golz monthly reports.

 

Gary Leichtman monthly report.

 

Public Input.

 

Approve 4 tax refund overpayment checks.

 

Approve Operators License applications.

 

The Clerk to inform the Board that Pres. Hunsader filed the Notification of Noncandidacy form with her.

 

Reminder of Caucus on January 19^th, 2011 at 7 p.m. at the Village Hall.

 

Distribute the audit summary report.

 

Any other business that may come before the Board.
